  • :: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit payment.

    :: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us. No verbal agreements will be considered valid.

  • Travel Documentation

    :: Travellers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents. Failure to obtain the required documents will not entitle travellers to any refund.

    :: The company is not responsible for any delays or costs associated with the procurement of travel documentation.

  • :: Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential risks is recommended.

    :: Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure.

  • :: Travellers must be in good health and fit to undertake the travel arrangements. The company must be informed of any pre-existing medical conditions.

    :: The company reserves the right to require a medical certificate from a qualified physician confirming the traveller's fitness for the tour.

  • :: The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary if deemed necessary for safety, operational, or other reasons. Any changes will be communicated to the traveller as soon as possible.

    :: No compensation will be provided for any changes or disruptions to the itinerary.

  • :: The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising out of the services provided by third-party vendors.

    :: Travelers participate in activities at their own risk. The company will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents occurring during the tour.

  • :: Travellers are expected to behave respectfully towards others and the local culture. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive will result in immediate termination of the tour for the offending traveller without any refund.

    :: Travellers must adhere to all local laws and regulations. The company is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the traveller’s actions.

  • :: The company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or other unforeseeable events.

    :: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes resulting from force majeure events..

  • :: Weather in hilly areas can be unpredictable, with sudden changes and extreme conditions. Travellers should be prepared for delays and alterations to the itinerary.

    :: The company is not liable for any inconvenience caused by adverse weather conditions, including road closures, flight delays, or cancellations.

  • Road Conditions

    :: Roads in hilly areas can be narrow, winding, and prone to landslides or blockages. Travel times may be longer than expected.

    :: The company is not responsible for any discomfort or delays caused by poor road conditions.

  • :: Travellers may experience altitude sickness in high-altitude destinations. It is advisable to acclimatize properly and take necessary precautions.

    :: The company is not responsible for any health issues arising from altitude sickness.

  • :: Medical facilities in hilly areas may be limited and not up to the standards of urban areas. Travellers with serious health conditions should take this into consideration.

    :: The company strongly recommends carrying essential medications and first-aid supplies.

  • :: Internet and mobile network connectivity may be limited or unavailable in certain hilly areas. Travellers should be prepared for periods without communication access.
