PAYMENT TERMS

• Deposit

  :: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  
  :: The deposit must be received within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be cancelled.

• Final Payment

  :: The remaining balance (Full Payment) is due 7 days prior to the departure date.
  
  :: For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payment Methods

  :: Payments to be made to Kolkata Office only via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
  
  :: Any bank charges or fees are the responsibility of the traveller. Late payment fees of 5% per day will be applied to overdue balances.

• Late Payments

  :: If the final payment is not received by the due date, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
  
  :: Rebooking is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
